As a welcome addition to the Quebec Sales Team, Valérie brings 15 years of experience spanning business development, customer service, training, operations, and team leadership. Her background includes senior roles in insurance, software implementation, and client-facing service environments, giving her a depth of knowledge on the needs of broker partners and the importance of responsive, reliable support.
