FIRST Insurance Funding of Canada (FIRST Canada), the industry leader in payment solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Susanna Fraser-Kuipers in the role of AVP, Product Strategy and Customer Success.
As the newest addition to the FIRST Canada senior leadership team, Susanna will lead the product management and customer success teams in spearheading initiatives to enhance FIRST Canada’s suite of solutions. Leveraging her extensive experience and deep understanding of the Canadian insurance industry, Susanna will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
Susanna joins FIRST Insurance Funding of Canada with extensive commercial brokering and software solutions background and over 10 years of proven success in product management, having previously held key roles to successfully launch and optimize products to meet customer needs effectively.
